Abri Housing Association are removing a dangerous dog after residents complained to Global247news.
Complaints from residents addressed situations of a dangerous dog attacking other residents at Oak Tree House in Stoke Sub Hamdon near Yeovil Somerset. Also, complaints were reported of dog excrement all over the washing machines in the communal area.
Now, Abri Housing Association have contacted Global247news to confirm the dangerous dog’s removal shortly.
A spokesperson for Abri Housing Association confirmed in writing to Global247news:
“At Abri the safety of our customers is our highest priority. We are aware of a dog at Oak Tree House that has demonstrated aggressive behaviour. As soon as Abri was made aware of the dog, we advised the customer that they did not have permission to keep the dog at the property. Abri is working closely with the customer to rehome the dog within the next two weeks, with a follow-up check due to take place on 19 July 2023.”
The news has delighted residents, who are now praising the Housing Association for taking action; one of those residents said:
