Virginia Giuffre files lawsuit against Prince Andrew
Overnight Virginia Giuffre filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew in the Federal Court in New York.
Virginia Giuffre is an alleged victim of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
She has accused the brit of abusing her sexually at Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion in 2001 amongst various other locations in the year of 2001. This was whilst she was still under the age of 18.
Prince Andrew has followed up Virginia’s claims by clearly stating that in his opinion he has never had sex with her.
If the lawsuit is successful this will cause havoc for Prince Andrew and this could end any reputation he has left as a member of the royal family and as a person in itself.
Towards the end of 2019 however, Prince Andrew reiterated that he believes that “It didn’t happen”
He continued on speaking about this matter to BBC Newsnight where he says he has “no recollection” of ever meeting Virginia Giuffre and having sex illegally and without her consent.
He also said “there are a number of things are wrong” eluding to what Virginia Giuffre claims.
“I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened”
Virginia is now 38 years old living in Australia.
Her court claim was under the Child Victim act.
