The chilling moment a predatory man pretended to be a taxi driver to lure a teenager into his vehicle in Cardiff city centre before sexually attacking her was caught on camera.

Ricardas Mikuckis watched on as the victim tried to get them a taxi fare for a real taxi from a friend over the phone and then took the opportunity to assault her by kissing and touching her inappropriately sexually.

Mikuckis denied sexual assault but was found guilty on March 11. He has now been sentenced to 15 months in prison.
