Pontypridd favourite goes out in style with a fantastic send-off.
The famous Prince’s restaurant owner in Pontypridd was laid to rest yesterday, but not without a huge send-off from loved ones and the local community.
Taff Street in Pontypridd was lined with hundreds of people, as JosephGambarini’s coffin was taken inside the famous restaurant for the funeral service.
Mr Gambarini dedicated his life to the building where he grew up as a child and had been going strong for more than 70 years.
He died in April at the age of 66 and had been diagnosed with cancer about a year before his death.
His son William said he later contracted Covid-19 and that his death was a huge shock to the family. R.I.P, sir, you will be dearly missed.
