A Grand National top tip has been delivered to Global247news straight from the stable
After a great week of investigations requested by our readers that saw fake news unravelled in Spain and a couple tracked down after moving to the Isle Of Wight – readers have given our investigation team a challenge.
The challenge is – Who’s going to win the Grand National?
Jack Gavin, from Cowbridge in South Wales, called into the Welsh offices of Global247news to pose the question.
Gavin, one of the finest players in Cowbridge Town’s history set the challenge as he said:
“Ok then, can you top off a week of investigations and tell us the National winner” he laughed.
Always one for a challenge, we sent out our investigative team, who didn’t have to go far for the answer.
Heading to the Welsh stable of Christian Williams, we got the tip, at Ogmore By Sea.
A horse that has already won the Welsh National and trains here on the sand at Merthyr Mawr said the stable lad Danny Hughes.
Hughes speaking to Global247news, said:
“The horse is called Potters Corner, the horse is on full form and should be a great bet around 16-1.
“The stable is going for the all-out win, the horse’s owners are Foxy and Cubby, both rugby players for the Scarlets,
“Foxy plays for Wales and the British Lions ( Johnathan Davies) he’s also a born winner like his horse.
“The going is perfect for Potters Corner and the horse is great over the fences, it’s going to be a Welsh victory.
“Get your money on!” he shouted.
Potters Corner is owned by Wales and British Lions star Johnathan Davies and his brother who both play for the Scarletts, he will be ridden by Jack Tudor and expected to be priced at 16-1.
Naturally, anything can happen in the National but there’s the tip discovered by Global247news going for a weeks treble!
