Buckingham Palace have confirmed that Princess Eugenie has given birth to a baby boy.
Princess Eugenie gives birth to Queen’s ninth great-grandchild: The baby, 11th in line to the throne, was delivered at 9am yesterday morning at the Portland Hospital. Jack Brooksbank, Princess Eugenie’s husband, was present for the birth. In a statement released from Buckingham Palace it said that the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and Princess Eugenie’s parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, were ‘delighted’.
Earlier Eugenie shared a photo to her Instagram account showing the family together, with a “3 hearts” emoji caption. The name of the newborn boy has yet to be released. After marrying Brooksbank in October 2018 she announced she was pregnant last September. Her 1.2 million followers on Instagram have sent her congratulations and well wishes.
