'Arrogant' professional poker player 'with 17 kids' leaves The Chase fans praying for him to lose

‘Cocky so and so’ Jeraint Hazan who was once on Dragon’s Den didn’t endear himself to viewers.

Hzan, who introduced himself as having 17 kids and having been on Dragon’s Den inspired dislike among The Chase fans with some praying for him to go out.

Jeraint ‘JJ’ Hazan caused online outrage on this evening’s show with viewers branding him ‘arrogant’, and praying for him to go out.

The ‘professional poker player’ has previously appeared on Dragon’s Den when he tried to get them to finance his gambling – claiming he would make them a fortune.

He offered them a 40% equity stake of his poker abilities for an investment of £65,000. The Dragons decided not to take up his offer.

On The Chase host Bradley Walsh asked him: “In your professional poker career Jeraint are you up or are you down?”

He answered: “Well I’d better not be down, otherwise no-one eats and 17 children get nothing. No I’m up I’ve won a total of $680,000.

Unfortunately his ‘cocky’ persona on the show didn’t do him any good – he was quickly sent home by chaser Anne Hegarty.

On Twitter fans rejoiced at his loss.
