20-year-old Jakob Nieves, a man who identifies as a woman, “did knowingly employ, use, persuade, induce, entice and coerce” a four-year-old girl “to engage in any sexually explicit conduct” with him “for the purpose of producing any visual depiction of such conduct,” court records show.
“I am human just like you and deserve the same rights” said the male transgender who urged people to vote ‘yes’ to uphold a policy which lets transgenders access locker rooms and bathing facilities in public areas designed for the opposite sex.
I HAVE shown you evidence. You just didn't like it and dismissed it. You want more? Dakota Nieves was arrested last month after showing an undercover FBI agent video of himself raping a 4-yr-old girl. Last year, Nieves sent out this tweet: pic.twitter.com/ytQ6O2MEVD

The Massachusetts policy prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity in places of public accommodation, including such sex-specific areas as restrooms and locker rooms.
The penalty for each violation ranges from up to $100 and / or up to 30 days in prison to $2,500 and / or up to a year in prison.
In addition, a civil penalty of between $10,000 and $50,000 may be imposed on each violation.
However, Nieves then went on to abuse this trust and pleaded guilty in federal court to sexually exploiting two children who were younger than 4 years old.
Nieves, of Lawrence, Massachusetts – an hour north of Boston – and goes by the name of Dakota, had joined a kik group exclusively for pedophiles where they swapped images and films of abuse to minors.
An undercover agent who was investigating use of Kik messenger for the trade of child pornography communicated with Nieves. While the two were talking, Nieves sent the agent images and videos that Nieves produced, depicting Nieves sexually abusing a child, the statement said.
Mr Nieves allegedly shared with the conversation partner images of a small child performing indecent acts on his penis.
As officials executed a search warrant at Nieves’ home on Aug. 14, 2019, Nieves admitted to distributing images and videos of child pornography to a user Nieves “met” in a Kik group for people interested in pedophilia, Lelling’s office said.
On Nieves’ cell phone, authorities found pornographic images and videos of two children known to Nieves, both of whom were younger than 4 years old. There were also thousands of child pornography images depicting victims personally unknown to Nieves, the statement said.
The conversation happened in July 2019 when Nieves was 19 years old.
She pleaded guilty in September 2020 after being officially charged in federal court last month.
The alleged abuse occurred between January 2018 and May 2019, court records said.
“Neives did knowingly employ, use, persuade, induce, entice and coerce a minor…to engage in any sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing any visual depiction of such conduct,” court records said.
When agents searched the home, Neives allegedly admitted to making and distributing the pornography, DiLorio-Sterling said.
A charge of sexual exploitation of a child carries a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years and a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison, she said.
