The incident happened on Tuesday in the northern town of Miranda de Ebro in Burgos.

The video, courtesy of the Daily Mail Online via Twitter, shows the police officer get overly rough with the minor who shouts out pleading.
One woman in the crowd calls the policeman an ‘abuser’ and a ‘bas****.’
The boy’s mother was apparently among the crowd and a second policeman questioned her and asked her for ID as they led her son away.
Anyone in Spain whether a citizen or tourist must wear masks in relation to each provinces law which can differ from one to another.
However, most public spaces people must wear a mask including on public transport and along streets and beach promenades.
Bars and restaurants have been closed or are operating at reduced capacity throughout most of Spain as the country leads Europe with the most Covid-19 cases at just over half a million.
The incident with the boy occurred just days after six police officers in Madrid were filmed forcing a woman into a police car and hitting her head off the vehicle during an arrest for not wearing a mask.
And two workers in Barcelona were suspended recently amidst an investigation after throwing a man down a set of stairs at one of the city’s metro stations for not wearing a mask.
The incident was also filmed and showed the commuter being screamed at and then flung down a set of stairs where he banged his head.
The video caused outrage amongst people in Spain with many calling for justice.
