Breaking: Kevin Spacey questioned over sexual assault on 14 year old boys

The disgraced actor who already has had sexual allegations thrown at him is now being questioned over the statutory rape of boys during the 1980s.

Actor Anthony Rapp and another man filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against Spacey, claiming that the 61 year old American sexually assaulted them when they were minors.

Rapp was one of the first to speak out against Spacey in 2017 over allegations of assault which led to others speaking out.

And now a lawsuit by Rapp hit the New York Supreme Court in Manhattan on Wednesday.

In the file, Mr Rapp alleges that Spacey invited him to a party at Spacey’s apartment in 1986. While there, Rapp alleges that Spacey grabbed his buttocks, led him onto a bed, and laid on top of him.

Rapp states that he was able to flee to a bathroom, and later got out the apartment.

Rapp was also only 14 at the time and therefore a minor.

Rapp, now 44, isn’t the only one to file a lawsuit.

The second plaintiff is identified only as C.D. as he wants to remain anonymous.

The complaint alleges that Spacey met C.D. in 1981, as a student in Spacey’s acting class. C.D. was 12 years old at the time.

According to the complaint, Spacey met C.D. again when the latter was 14, and Spacey invited the boy to his apartment. There, C.D. alleges that he performed anal sex on Spacey and oral sex.

They then met to perform sexual acts on one another but on their final encounter, according to the complaint, Spacey attempted to perform anal sex on the boy. The boy said “No” several times, and was ultimately able to free himself and flee the apartment, according to the suit.

The suit claims that both accusers have suffered psychological damage because of Spacey’s abuse.

Spacey’s team did not leave a statement to the lawsuit but in a statement in 2017, Spacey said he did not recall the encounter with Mr. Rapp, but that “if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior.”

Spacey said he was “sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years.”

Mr. Spacey, 61, a former Golden Globe and Oscar winner was charged almost two years ago with sexual assault in Nantucket, Mass., after an 18-year-old man accused Mr. Spacey of fondling him in a restaurant in 2016.

However, prosecutors dropped the charges against Spacey which led others to follow suit and drop complaints against Spacey.

The reasons are unknown but the 2016 Nantucket incident, Spacey’s lawyer told the defendant he could be charged with a felony if he had deleted evidence from his cellphone with regards to the case.

Spacey faced charges of sexual misconduct against a massage therapist but the therapist died of natural causes before the case could come to light.

Spacey has also faced multiple investigations in London.  Global247News Twitter
