This was explained by the Minister of Health, Manuel Villegas, who announced this morning in a press conference that the maximum number of people *who are not living together* who can join in *private homes or in terraces and restaurants* is reduced from ten *to SIX (6)* throughout the Region of Murcia.
In relation to weddings, baptisms and communions, “another source of outbreaks in the Region,” according to Villegas, the Monitoring Committee has agreed to limit authorized attendees to a maximum of 30 people.
New restrictions are also imposed on the holding of wakes and funerals, which are limited to no more than 15 people in closed establishments, or no more than 25 if it is an open space.
These measures will come into place from this Wednesday (26th August).
