The Wat Khlong Toey School in Bangkok took in the 250 students after their doors were reopened last month.
They were forced to sit in the plastic pods away from other children and made to stood in squares to keep away from the other children.
Thailand has had 3,351 cases of coronavirus and 58 deaths, according to worldometer.
The photos have emerged as all pupils in England prepare to return to school in September.
Boris Johnson insisted the “crucial thing” was for heads to be “getting ready for a full return to school in September”.
On a visit to a school in east London he added: “It’s not right that kids should spend more time out of school.”
