Two children aged four and 16 months go missing from home in England for last three days

Police have launched an appeal after Princess Bennell, aged 16 months, and four-year-old Scarlett Daffern have gone missing from their home in Lancashire, UK.

They have been missing from a home in Nelson, Lancashire, for three days.

Officers said they are concerned for the girls’ welfare.

Princess Bennell is described as having short blonde hair and blue eyes.

She cannot support her own body weight yet so will be either carried or in a pram officers believe.

Scarlett has blonde, medium length hair. She is of slim build, police said.

They are believed to have gone missing with their mother Kelly Rusling and a man named William Bennell.

Kelly is described as white, with long, straight brown hair and has a mole on her right cheek.

Sgt Steve Worsley said: “If anybody sees the family or knows where they are I would ask that they call police immediately.

“Similarly, I would appeal directly to Kelly to make contact if she sees this appeal.”

The family is said to have links to Nelson, Lancaster and Morecambe in Lancashire as well as Keighley, West Yorkshire, and Bristol.

Anybody with information is urged to call police on 101, quoting log LC-20200718-1745.
